Don’t think the watch, think food!
Rolex is classic Ugandan street food. The basic idea is eggs cooked with slices of cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and sometimes peppers, which is then wrapped in chapati/tortilla. The Rolex is little known outside of the Ugandan borders but recently CNN has named it the fastest growing new African fast food.
It is worth mentioning that the name “Rolex” comes from the words “rolled eggs” – quickly spoken, the Ugandan way and accent.
