Southwest crew

Charismatic Crew

Their people-first approach results in their cabin crew and ground staff going out of their way to ensure you have a happy, comfortable flight. Don’t be surprised to hear them break out in song every once in a while!

With its headquarters in Dallas, Southwest’s fleet of 686 Boeing aircraft flies passengers all over the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. By flying to smaller airports in large cities, Southwest manages to reduce its costs and, therefore, provide competitive airfares to its customers. This established airline is one of the most successful in aviation history and 43 years later, it’s still going strong.

Having unveiled its new “Heart” livery in 2014, Southwest has reinforced its brand as a vibrant and charismatic airline. Their contemporary energy is not only felt in the aircraft design, but also in the cabins, where their friendly staff go out of their way to welcome you on board.

Group B is for passengers who checked in to their flight 24 hours in advance, while Group C is allocated to anyone who checked in at the airport.
